SSCI is a promoter group company, which was started to design, develop and train and to meet the changing needs in the field of private security and allied services.

The ‘Private Security Agencies Regulation Act’ (2005) has made training and certification mandatory for all security personnel.
The company works to equip the young, educated and unemployed youth of rural and urban areas for performing security duties who can then enjoy better placement opportunities and gain industry respect and recognition. Over 40,000 individuals have already benefitted from this collaboration.

The company has also worked with several state governments to train youth from the backward and reserved sections of society. These include 5,000 youth in Jharkhand, 500 youth in Orissa and 280 youth every month for the Rajasthan government. The company has also signed an MoU with the Ministry of Rural Development for a Skill Development Programme of BPL youth under SGSY for employment in the security sector.
