The SIS Group’s business and operations are managed by a Group Management Committee (GMC) led by the Group Chief Executive Officer who operates under the supervision and control of the Board of Directors. All members of the Group Management committee are professional managers who have extensive experience in their respective areas of expertise and operations. The Group Management Committee is responsible for creating the business and operating strategy for the Group and formulating policies and the overall framework for the operation of the several businesses and functions of the Group.

Mr. Singh, a graduate with distinction in Electrical Engineering from BIT Mesra and an MBA from University of Indianapolis, USA possesses extensive experience of working in Indian and Multinational companies in steel, chemical, power and other manufacturing industries besides in consultancy, design, security and other service sectors. He has held global management positions in reputed organizations like SAIL, MECON, Jindal Steel and Praxair. At Praxair, Mr. Singh led the acquisition initiatives where a large number of companies where acquired and integrated.

Mr. Rituraj Sinha is an alumnus of The Doon School and Leeds University Business School, UK. He joined SIS Group in 2002 after a brief stint in the Banking sector in United Kingdom. Over the years, he has built a reputation for himself in the global security and business support services industry by forging partnerships with global market leaders and orchestrating game changing acquisitions. Rituraj was felicitated as the Young Security Entrepreneur of the Year by Central Association of Private Security Industry in 2011. He is currently the Co Chair of the FICCI Private Security sector committee and President of Cash Logistics Association (CLA).

George Chin is the ex-Managing Director of Chubb Protective Services, Australia. After a short successful military career, he joined Wormald Security, later to become Chubb in 1979. He has held senior management roles in over 27 years of experience with Chubb. Mr Chin was awarded the Australian Order of Merit (OAM) for leadership in setting national Training Standards for the Australian Security Industry and for Industry Leadership.

Mr Prasad is the CFO for the SIS India operations since 2007. Mr Prasad has been a part of the company’s top management since 1985. Among various initiatives, he has been instrumental in pioneering the cost plus method of pricing as well as payroll processing using in house software, some of the firsts in the Indian security industry. Mr Arvind also designed and implemented the ERP system for SIS India.

Mr Desai is the CFO for the International business of the SIS Group and holds a degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant. His last position was as Vice President – Finance & Controller at Air Deccan, India’s largest and first low cost Airline, where he was responsible for the accounting, taxation, treasury and MIS functions and large value procurement and key vendor relationships. He has earlier worked with Shaw Wallace, the A.V. Birla Group and Praxair. He is also a qualified internal auditor in ISO 9000 quality management systems.

Brajesh Kumar, a Chartered Accountant, completed his graduation in Commerce (with honours) from Patna University and also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI. Mr. Kumar, who has been with SIS since 2004, is the Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) at SIS and is responsible for the financial and accounting functions of SIS and for managing the working capital and treasury operations, taxation and MIS. Prior to joining SIS, he was a practicing Chartered Accountant and has experience in conducting audits of banks, government and private companies.

Prior to joining SIS, Dhiraj successfully established and led several start up businesses in the infrastructure, services, and financial sector, has set up JVs with large companies and founded PE fund vKarma Capital with DLF. After completing his Mechanical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and MBA (Finance) from Thunderbird, USA, he worked with Eicher, Laitram, Tata Steel, Bechtel and went on to head business development for Bovis Lend Lease and then was India country head for Laing O’Rourke and Senior Advisor with McKinsey and also Simplex Infrastructures.
