Over the years, SIS has consistently invested in improving and enhancing its recruitment and selection processes, upgrading its training infrastructure and in designing and implementing world class performance management models that aim to recognise, reward and retain performers. The Group has invested in strengthening the Health, Safety and Environment function and has taken several initiatives,

to improve employee satisfaction, rewards and retention, most of which are the first of its kind in the industry, e.g., employee benefits scheme, employee relations cell, career planning, graduate & management trainee programmes, group medical and accident insurance policies. We strive to provide our people a rewarding work environment where they feel a sense of ownership and belonging to the Group and, to achieve this, we launched and implemented an Employee Stock Option Plan in 2008.
