Mr McKinnon is a certified Practicing Accountant, who began his career in chartered accounting practice. He moved out of public practice to join National Fire & Security Ltd in 1987 and became the National Financial Controller. He joined Chubb Protective Services Australia as the Financial Director in 1993, before being appointed as managing Director of Chubb Protective Services Australia in 1998. After running his own business consultancy, mainly to Qantas Airlines, in 2006, he was appointed as the General Manager, Contracted Security Services Unit, in charge of Qantas’ extensive bought-out global security services. In September 2008, Mike was appointed as Managing Director of MSS Security Pty Ltd following its divestment from the UTC group.

Mr. Tapash Chaudhuri, a Mechanical Engineer from B. E. College, Shibpore, has joined SIS in 2013 and will be responsible for the Manned Guarding business pan India. Mr.Chaudhuri has over three decades of experience in the manufacturing and service sectors. For the last 16 years, he has been a part of the Private Security Industry with G4S India where he last held the position of Chief Executive Officer heading the Manned Guarding & Electronic security businesses pan India. Prior to this, Mr. Chaudhuri is and has spent 16 years in the manufacturing industry with industrial houses like Murugappa Group and Hindustan Motors.

Mr B M Narayan is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification with Post Graduation in Management from IIT, Kanpur. His experience spans across manufacturing, project management, sales, marketing, customer service, business development and business management functions in the engineering and service Industries.

Mr. Duggal is a Graduate with diploma in sales & marketing and has over 39 years of experience. He has earlier held senior positions with G4S companies. His last assignment was as MD, G4S Cash Management services in India. He has been associated with the SIS Cash Services Division since 2007. He is responsible for operations of the entire division, strategic initiatives and overall business management.

Mr. Dias holds a degree in Production Engineering from REC Trichi and has done his Masters in Marketing and Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prior to joining SIS, Anil had been working in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer for ISS Hi Care. He has rich exposure of business management for organizations of repute like Godrej Sara Lee, Philips India Ltd etc.

A graduate from St. Columbia’s college, Mr. Karan joined SIS in 1995 as a trainee officer. He has been heading the Consultancy & Investigation division since 1998. He is the key person behind formulation of security concept design, which starts from conducting a security survey to complete assessment of threat and vulnerability of the facility.
